Here's my alternative to Facebook

Welcome to my "blog," something I'm trying anew to see how it suits my wish to share more of my thoughts, photos and other things with those people I care about most. I hope to share pictures and other musings on the issues of the day in this format in an effort to avoid a lot of ads, entertainment links, etc. I'd like to make the experience of sharing photos, in particular, an easier experience for everyone. Wish me luck as I attempt to get this thing up and going.
